Seated Exercise Sessions.
Tuesdays (12 to 1 pm), 1 March until 29th March 2011.
Learn safe, effective chair-based exercises, stretches, and seated activities designed to:
- Maintain range of movements and improve flexibility.
- Boost circulation.
- Improve posture.
