- Yoga workshop.
- Sail or walk round the Reservoir.
- Try rock climbing at the castle climbing centre.
- Try gentle seated exercise.
- Get your hair cut.
- Old fashioned board games.
- Have your bike checked for safety at our bike maintenance workshop.
- Learn the Caribbean Tango.
Free lunch at 1 pm.
Please bring suitable loose comfy clothing for activities along with change of shoes for walking and sailing.
