You are invited to the Men’s Big Day Out
(for men over 50 living in Hackney).

Stoke Newington West Reservoir - Water Sports Centre, Green Lanes, N4 2HA (map).

Friday 27 May 2011 (12 to 4 pm).

All activities are free!

  • Yoga workshop.
  • Sail or walk round the Reservoir.
  • Try rock climbing at the castle climbing centre.
  • Try gentle seated exercise.
  • Get your hair cut.
  • Old fashioned board games.
  • Have your bike checked for safety at our bike maintenance workshop.
  • Learn the Caribbean Tango.

Free lunch at 1 pm.

Please bring suitable loose comfy clothing for activities along with change of shoes for walking and sailing.
